Welcome to iOShea Care. When you use our website, place an order, or contact us on WhatsApp, you agree to the terms on this page. Please read them so you know how we work and what you can expect from us.

1. Using our website and services

You may browse, shop, and contact us through our website or WhatsApp. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and to share accurate details when placing an order.
We may update our website or these terms at any time. If you continue using our services after updates, it means you accept the changes.

2. Product information and availability

We do our best to share clear photos, descriptions, and prices. Some details may change as suppliers update packaging or product features.
Stock levels also change. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings. Prices may change without notice based on supplier updates or shipping costs.
You confirm your order only after receiving a full quote. Payment is done through the methods we provide, such as M-Pesa. We will only process your order once payment is confirmed.
For large facility or shop orders, we may request a deposit before sourcing and preparing stock.

4. Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Kenya using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location, order size, and courier schedules.
We will share the estimated delivery time when confirming your order. Delays caused by weather, road conditions, courier issues, or other situations beyond our control may occur, but we support you until your order arrives.
Delivery fees vary by location and order size.

5. Returns and refunds

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will review your case and arrange an exchange or refund where applicable.
Products must remain unused and in original packaging for returns to be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, opened diapers, wipes, pads, adult diapers, and bedpads cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the order.

6. Bulk, facility, and shop orders

Bulk orders for clinics, shops, pharmacies, and hospitals may have special pricing.
If your bulk order is prepared or dispatched and you cancel, restocking fees may apply due to supplier commitments and courier charges.
We may also require delivery instructions, facility contact details, and secure receiving points for large orders.

7. Communication and contact

When you contact us, you agree that we may reach you by phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS to confirm your order, share delivery updates, or send important service information.
We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties except for delivery partners who need it to complete your order.

8. Liability

We do our best to ensure safe, high quality products from trusted suppliers. However, iOShea Care is not responsible for reactions caused by product misuse, wrong sizes ordered without consultation, delays caused by courier partners or external factors, or damaged items reported late.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order you placed.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website including text, graphics, photos, and branding belongs to iOShea Care. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled under Kenyan legal processes.
