This page explains how iOShea Care processes, ships, and delivers your orders across Kenya. We want you to receive your products on time, in good condition, and without confusion.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to homes, clinics, shops, pharmacies, hospitals, and offices anywhere in Kenya.
Whether you are in a major town or a remote area, we work with trusted courier partners to reach you.

2. Delivery timelines

Most deliveries arrive within
1 to 2 days for major towns
2 to 4 days for nearby towns
3 to 7 days for remote areas

Delivery times depend on location, courier routes, weather, and road conditions.
We share the estimated delivery time before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery fees

Delivery fees vary based on the size of your order and your location.
We give you the final delivery cost upfront so you know the total before you pay.

4. Order processing

Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
We pick, pack, and hand over your items to the courier the same day or the next working day, depending on order time and stock levels.

5. Product packaging

We pack products securely to prevent leaks, dents, or damage during transport.
For cartons and bulk orders, we reinforce packaging to suit long distance transit.

6. Delivery communication

You receive
a confirmation message after payment
a notice when your order is dispatched
updates or tracking information from us or the courier

If there are any changes to your delivery timeline, we inform you as soon as we know.

7. Receiving your order

Please ensure your phone is active during the delivery window so the courier can reach you easily.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may schedule a second attempt or direct you to the nearest pickup point.

8. Wrong, missing, or damaged items

Check your package as soon as it arrives.
If anything is wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review and resolve quickly.
We arrange replacements or refunds where applicable.

9. Bulk and facility deliveries

For clinics, shops, and hospitals
we arrange larger shipments
we coordinate specific delivery times
we follow any special receiving procedures you may have

Bulk orders may require extra preparation time, depending on quantity.

10. Delivery support

If you need help tracking your order or adjusting delivery details, message us on WhatsApp. We follow up with the courier until your items arrive safely.
